Fixed: See comment by Nick Harris. The link may not be to the latest official release or depending on when you read this, it may have been superseded by a later official release. As always check version numbers before installing.
I clicked “Yes” and it finished adding the RSS feed. Now I want to know what would have happened had I pressed “No”. I can’t replicate it though and the suspense is getting to me!

This issue has been fixed in the latest bug fix build (http://forum.newsgator.com/Topic40079-1-1.aspx).
And for what it’s worth, it was suppose to ask you if you wanted to add the feed you were trying to subscribe to. Clicking No wouldn’t have added the feed ;-)
