I stuffed up the source pretty seriously. Recipe claimed you could dry fry
lamb shanks. I didn’t believe it and ended up stewing them. I couldn’t
thicken the source properly after that. Still it is lamb shank which is hard
to stuff up, the meat was tender.

A side that was pretty good. Was hard to cook for me as I’m not used to
dry-frying my potato dishes. I usually boil till firm then flavour.
